Account Continuation Agreement

This platform has been operated in partnership with the ProSmash union. This collaboration is scheduled to end soon.

The platform will continue independently under a new brand, domain, and visual identity, maintained by the original developer (EURL PLANIPIX - SIREN 939681607).

To keep your account active after this change, you must confirm it. This ensures that only members who wish to continue are retained under the new platform.

What Will Change

  • The website will operate under a new name, domain, and branding.
  • It will be managed independently (no longer affiliated with ProSmash).
  • The platform may evolve over time to better reflect the needs of its users.

What Stays the Same (for now)

  • Your account, login, and settings will remain unchanged.
  • Your password will not be reset.
  • The website remains hosted in the EU (France).
  • No financial or third-party data is used or transferred.

What You’re Agreeing To

By clicking “Confirm”, you agree to:

  • Keep your current account under the new platform identity,
  • Allow your existing login credentials (username, email, hashed password) to remain active,
  • Continue using the platform as it develops independently, with your data protected.

This confirmation will be stored securely as proof of your consent. If you do not confirm, your account will be permanently deleted as part of the transition.

Your Rights

  • Your data will continue to be handled in accordance with the GDPR and French privacy law.
  • You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
  • Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.

A Final Note

This change reflects a shift in structure and direction — not a conflict with ProSmash. You are free to support both projects if you wish.
